Bentong DTL Series Copper Aluminum Cable Lugs are designed for cable termination and electrical connection applications where aluminum conductors need to be connected to copper terminals or busbars.
The product adopts a copper-aluminum bimetallic construction, with the cable-entry barrel made from aluminum and the connecting palm made from copper. This structure is designed specifically for copper-to-aluminum electrical connections.
The palm features a circular mounting hole for connection with bolts, terminals, busbars and other electrical components. The cylindrical barrel provides an insertion area for the aluminum conductor and can be crimped using an appropriate crimping tool.
The series is available in multiple sizes, allowing users to select the appropriate cable lug according to the conductor cross-sectional area.

Product Details
The product consists of two main conductive sections:
Aluminum Barrel
The cylindrical aluminum barrel is designed to accommodate the aluminum conductor. After the cable is inserted, an appropriate crimping process can be used to create a secure mechanical and electrical connection.
Copper Palm
The copper palm provides the connection surface for mounting the cable lug to electrical equipment, terminals or busbars. The round mounting hole allows connection using a suitable bolt and fastening system.
Bimetallic Connection
The copper-aluminum construction provides a dedicated transition connection between aluminum conductors and copper connection points, making it suitable for mixed-metal electrical connection applications.
