Questions Before You Order

Answers on model selection, samples, inspection, packing and shipment for Bentong low-voltage products.

<div>Bentong supplies miniature circuit breakers, molded-case circuit breakers, AC contactors, protection and control devices, meters, push buttons, switches and related low-voltage products. The available ratings and configurations differ by product family, so send the required model or electrical parameters when requesting a quotation.</div>

<div>Please provide the product name or model, rated voltage and current, number of poles, breaking capacity or utilization category, quantity and destination market. For contactors, include the coil voltage and frequency. If private labeling or special packaging is required, send the artwork and packing requirements with the inquiry.</div>

<div>Selection starts with the application and system data. Confirm AC or DC use, system voltage, rated current, poles, required breaking capacity, trip curve, installation method and applicable standard. Ambient temperature, enclosure conditions and downstream load should also be considered. Bentong can help narrow the product family after these details are provided.</div>

<div>Specify the load type, utilization category, rated operational current or motor power, coil voltage and frequency, main-pole arrangement and required auxiliary contacts. Also note switching frequency, mechanical interlock requirements and installation conditions. Selecting only by frame size can result in an unsuitable coil or current rating.</div>

<div>Yes. Standard samples can be arranged according to model availability, while branded or specially packed samples require the relevant artwork and specifications first. Sample cost and dispatch time depend on the product and customization work. Please confirm the points to be checked so both sides use the same approval criteria.</div>

<div>The minimum quantity depends on the product model, rating, branding and packaging method. Standard products generally allow more flexible quantities than customized versions. Send the complete model list and expected quantity so Bentong can confirm the practical MOQ, packing quantity and quotation for each item.</div>

<div>Checks are arranged according to the product and order requirements. They may include incoming-part verification, assembly and appearance inspection, label and packaging checks, mechanical operation tests and electrical or functional verification. Approved specifications and samples are used as references, and batch records are reviewed before release.</div>

<div>Standards and certification documents vary by product family, model and target market. A document for one rating or series should not be assumed to cover every configuration. Tell us the destination country, required standard and exact model so the applicable document scope can be checked before the order is confirmed.</div>

<div>Lead time depends on stock status, quantity, product combination, labeling and packaging work. Standard orders can be scheduled after specifications and commercial terms are confirmed. Customized orders are scheduled after artwork or sample approval. The applicable lead time is stated in the quotation rather than estimated from a different product order.</div>

<div>Orders can be prepared with unit boxes, master cartons, product labels and shipping marks according to the confirmed packing plan. Standard commercial documents can include the commercial invoice and packing list. Any model-specific certificate, declaration, origin document or special destination requirement should be identified before production.</div>

<div>Contact Bentong with the order number, product model, affected quantity, carton label and clear photos or video. For a functional issue, include the installation conditions and test result. Keep the affected goods and packaging available for review. The team will check production and packing records, identify the cause and agree on a practical replacement, replenishment or technical solution.</div>
