The D-120C adopts an enclosed metal housing with a large ventilation area on the casing to support heat dissipation during operation.

The input and output terminals are clearly marked to facilitate wiring and connection. The power supply provides dedicated output terminals for +12V DC and +24V DC, allowing different DC voltage requirements to be supplied from the same unit.
